If you have been a little caught up with the January madness and have no idea what’s happening in the entertainment space, consider this your plug. Internationally acclaimed Jamaican Reggae artist, Richie Spice, will be performing live in Nairobi at the Kenyatta International Conference Center (KICC) on Saturday, February 16th 2019.

Richell Bonner, popularly known as Richie Spice will be backed by his Element band. Reggae music lovers can rest assured of an amazing evening of conscious music and major positive vibes. This will be Spice’s third visit to the motherland. In 2017, fans were treated to a thrilling performance as he performed alongside Etana and Luciano at the Dobba Festival.

His family’s (Pliers - of the duo Chaka Demus and Pliers, and Spanner Banner) musical background played a role in Richie’s musical journey; Matter of fact, Spanner Banner is the first person who took him to a recording studio. “Grooving my Girl” and “Earth A Run Red” made him a household name in Jamaica and the world beyond. Not only is Richie Spice known for his entertaining and catchy songs, but also for the fact that his music educates on society's ills.

Nobody Can Stop Reggae (N.C.S.R), which is a concept curated by The Hype Group Limited will also feature our very own Reggae music maestros. While we have Richie Spice bringing the jamaican flavour, our very own DJ Moh Spice will turn it a notch higher with...you guessed it… moh spice. DJ Juan and ZJ Heno will also be on hand to support and keep the music policy strictly Reggae. The organisers of the NCSR concert have added that Richie Spice will be looking to collaborate with an upcoming Kenyan Reggae artist. Moreover, there will be an exclusive pre-event meet and greet so keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages to find out more. In the meantime, get your gideon boots and your Nobody Can Stop Reggae tickets ready!
